Promediary reserves the right to withdraw this offer or complete the sale of the domain at any time.

In the event that two or more identical offers are in force at the close of any formal offering, high bidders will be given an opportunity to submit one final offer. The domain will be awarded to the highest qualifying bidder.

Payment in full may be made directly to Promediary or transmitted through escrow at the buyer's expense.
